21.Are Loaners or Rentals available?
Yes, on some products. You can find what is available by entering the item, serial number, date purchased on the Repair Return Auth tab of this web site. Loaner and Rentals can be requested through Technical Support. On certain products, Loaners are available at no charge if your unit is under warranty, and Rentals are available for a fee on non-warranty repairs. A credit card is required prior to shipment to secure the return of the Loaner or Rental. Failure to return a Loaner or Rental to Bosch within 5 business days of receiving your repaired unit will result in a charge to your business for the purchase price of the unit as well as a 20% non-refundable restocking fee. Loaner units returned within 20 days will receive a credit of the purchase price. After 20 days no credit will be issued.
