15.What does it mean when a unit is not serviceable?
Products are no longer serviceable when components become obsolete and are no longer available, or when the cost to repair exceeds the cost of a new unit. If your unit is under warranty and a similar replacement cannot be found, a credit will be issued. The credit cannot be issued directly from Bosch so you will need to take it back to the place of purchase to get the credit. If your unit is not under warranty, please contact Technical Support or your place of purchase for recommendations on what to buy as a replacement.
16.Why didn’t you contact me before returning my unit unrepaired?
